New law enforcement based self defense system now open to citizens

According to the US Department of Education by the time girls graduate from high school more than one in ten will have been physically forced to have sexual intercourse in or out of school. When young women get to College one in four will be victims of attempted or actual sexual assault, as will 6% of undergrad men.

Katy Texas adults and children interested in learning self-protection now have access to a powerful self-defense training system formerly only provided to law enforcement military and Correctional personnel.

The system is C.O.B.R.A. Defense and it was formulated for citizens using defensive techniques and tactics that in the past were reserved only for law enforcement professionals and prison guards C.O.B.R.A. creator Chris Sutton was already a black belt in multiple martial arts when he began a law enforcement career where he was trained and served as a street cop sheriff and a maximum-security correctional officer.

Sutton says that experienced helped him realize that the public needs to learn self-defense in a more focused and faster progress process van in martial arts schools. “

I love martial arts but to get proficient enough to defend yourself could easily take years because so much is taught in the martial art program than just self-defense. I designed C.O.B.R.A.  for people who want to learn self-defense without having to learn martial arts. C.O.B.R.A. is for the average person who is motivated to take charge of their personal safety.”

In 2003 he began to pilot C.O.B.R.A. in Clearwater Florida since then thousands of men women and children have completed the program the program has been so successful that it has expanded to over 85 locations worldwide and is in over 13 countries. worldwide. Brad Ryan in Katy Texas has been training personally to learn the C.O.B.R.A. Self Defense system and is now certified to teach in Katy Texas. “Most people do not study martial arts, but everyone is interested in safety, increased awareness and some self-defense.” says Brad Ryan.”
